Welcome to the Self-Perceived Quality of Life Scale, where you can receive free report of your Self-Perceived Quality of Life. The report will help you understand what constitutes and determines happiness in your life, as compared to others of your age. The questionnaire takes about twenty minutes to complete and can be completed by log-in as many times as needed.
